HDPE Sprinkler Irrigation System

"BALAJI" & “SHIVANO” Sprinkler Irrigation Systems are made in the full range from 50mm to 200mm size for Plain Irrigation for Plantation with their quick-release coupler joints, these systems can be easily installed and dismantled as per the suitability of the farmer. Polyethene pipes & coupler used in the system, are ISI marked as per IS:14151 (Part-1 & II) IS:17425 w.e.f. 10.08.2022 respectively.  Sprinkler Nozzles used in the system are also ISI marked as per IS:12232 (Part-1).

Micro Irrigation System consists of various components such as Micro Jets, Floggers, Misters, Mini Sprinklers etc., along with LLDPE Tubes of various sizes. Our Drip Irrigation System consists of various components. Drip Lateral & Emitters are manufactured as per their respective BIS Specification IS: 13488, IS: 12786 & IS: 13487. Other Components such as Main Line Pipe, Filters etc. are also supplied as per respective IS specifications.

Our brands "BALAJI" & “SHIVANO” HDPE Pipes are made from a range of 20mm OD to 315mm OD in all pressure ratings. These Pipes are made conforming to IS 4984:2016. We are having an ISI License issued by the BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARD for HDPE Pipe for sizes from 20mm OD to 315 mm OD in all pressure ratings. Raw materials used in the manufacturing of HDPE Pipes confirm Grade PE 63/80/100.
